Of the 2 terraces, one faces north and the other faces south. So you can enjoy both sun and shade at the same time without leaving home.

Parking under the building with direct access to the apartment via the elevator.

It does not have foreign television, only the channels available with TDT (there are some non-Spanish language channels). Tenants who want television in their language must contract it with a company and connect it via the internet (wifi).
Deposit: 2 months. This deposit will be returned if there are no breaks or damages to the property, as soon as the house is checked at the end of the contract.
